To edit a picture in the new green room in the new house i use paint but iv been told you need the magic wand tool to edit the picture i want. Problem is i dont have the magic wand tool so how do i get it?

use this thread next time and for microsoft paint, there is no way to get the magic wand tool, though you could use the bucket tool(though it wont work as well) many editing programs come with magic wand tool like GIMP,photoshop, and flash
