You got the right image tag but it seems to be the problem is you link,i've tried it and its not really working so i download it and upload it for you

Its hard to answer your question cause there are a lot of ideas coming out in my mind but i don't know which one are you asking,i might end up giving you the wrong information.
If your can't do it your self,you can post any of these Art Shops and they will do everything for you just provide them the informations.
But if you really want to do it your self for you to learn then i would suggest watching videos on youtube on how to make signatures.You should pick the same editing program just like what the video maker's program so you can follow and learn every thing he does.
