I have noticed most people that are banned have Banned as there title but, when I got a perma ban that got repealed I was Banned! with an ! is there a difference like one is perma the other isn't? Or is it just someone manually changing the title who felt like typing it differently. -Scourge

That's just the answer,a ! doesn't really change the ban length, the moderator issuing your ban just felt like adding on a !. I've seen a lot of people with or without the ! and their bans were only temporary,it was just the moderators appeal.

No, there is no difference whether it says "Banned!" or "Banned" itself.

As said above, there is no difference. But, to add to their posts: It seems that a moderator usually will put a '!' at the end if the offender didn't just break one rule/broke a big rule and such. Which I could easily be wrong about. It depends fully on weather a moderator feels it necassary to apply the '!'. Somewere I heard there used to be a difference, but not anymore :)

If the forum-members are saying title "Banned!" It means they are not following the rules, And Perma-Banned. If just banned it means Perma-Banned (I think)
