Hi kinda new here I was wondering how do you change a link like for example http://img534.imageshack.us/img534/9461/scan0001wp.jpg (trying to post in gallery approval) to any word or words you like?

To put a name in the link, you must enter text like this: 

[link=http://img534.imageshack.us/img534/9461/scan0001wp.jpg]<enter text here>[/link]

To add on to Sheriff Duncan's post, Forum Commands (screenshots, images, links, colors, signatures) is a good place to find the coding necessary to create fancy effects, links, images, etc. Just an FYI.
