He Who Lurks -> A Forum Error? (7/31/2010 15:30:44)

Error Here. As shown at the bottom of the thread, the post date goes 7/30 than, 7/31 but the third one in the sequence becomes 7/30. Why has this happened?

The Forgotten -> RE: A Forum Error? (7/31/2010 15:50:51)

Care to link to the 7/31 post? I only see 7/29 and 7/30 on the first page. Or am I looking at the wrong place?

Ehh.. was looking at the wrong page. Sorry.

Have you notice the time from Shump's and the edit message from AVA? Its the same, because I believe AVA edited the post time of it as well.

Look at these other posts edit by AVA: FireWarrior246, Rabies, DeathEater82, Olzzon, etc. AVA edited the poster's time, so the thread would be near the top, and wouldn't fall behind into 2nd pages.

I also believe the AKs in the AQW's GD does the same thing.

@Mecho, look at this thread made by Nightwraith, the head post was made about 2 months ago but the post below date back to last year. I believe that this is a forum bug of some sort.

[InfamousNightshade] : Did you notice that AVA also edited Nightwraith post, and thats its the same date as the poster's time?

That is the bumping function that ArchKnights and moderators have access to. It's not a bug.

Something is learned about these forums each and everyday[:D]. >> But a bit confusing.

But why not sticky the thread to the top? Also thread can be locked now. Thank you, Z.324.

Clyde -> RE: A Forum Error? (7/31/2010 21:20:04)

Not every tagged thread needs to stickied to the top. Threads like that are usually popular enough that it stays on the first page and it constantly deleted and repost. Usually it is the head moderator's choice on whether or not a thread is stickied.

Question answered. Poster satisfied. Lock requested.
