I have refreshed my page, and I get a message saying that my inbox is full, I have received the same message twice today, but I'm wondering. When that message pops up again, does it mean someone has tried to contact me? Also, does the message go to my email? Is there any way I can read a forum message, even when my inbox is full?

You are unable to receive PMs once you're inbox is full. If you want to keep the PMs you currently have, archiving them will save a copy in case you need to reference them in the future, so you can delete them to make room for more.

As for the message.... No idea, sorry. Never had a full inbox. :P

Im not sure if the message will go back to the sender or you will receive it when you have a space in your inbox.
Haven't experience it yet cause when i only have 2 spaces left i do the clean up but i think if you enable sending it in to your email you can read it.

The sender has to wait until the user clears out his inbox/makes room before he can send a PM to the person.

No. It simply tells you that your inbox is full. It isn't a message that appears when somebody fails to message you.

Let me elaborate a bit more. I received this message after my inbox became full. Than, without clearing any of my messages, I received another one today detailing the same situation.

It'll keep saying it as a reminder that you can't receive PM's untill you delete some in your inbox.
