When I search my friend's username he isnt there anymore...Anywhere! and he tells me when he tries too log in it says his account doesn't exist!
What happened!?

Accounts have been known to be removed and renamed [Deleted User].
Was it possible he had a bad name?

His name was paradoxy. He told me he requested a name change, but was never notified of it happening. The user of which the name he wanted didnt exist either.
Could he have been hacked/banned? is account recovery an option?
Could someone thta have hacked him deleted his account?

The name change he requested could have contained a Bad Word in it.
Could you try and find out what it was.

it was his aqw char name:Backtothen
Could he have been hacked and have been deleted? is there an account recovery page or an administrator he can talk too?

Tell him to check his E-Mail. If his account was banned/deleted he should have received an E-Mail notification.
If your friend had some posts on the forum go and search the threads he posted in and check for his reply. If he got a name changed and a typo was made while changing his name, the reply he had posted before should show the new username. He should then use that one to log in.
Upon username changing, you don't get notified/PMed. It just changes.

He was not banned or deleted.
His name was changed to Back To Then.
