im wondering how to make plushies with your characters like how the user Green and User made theirs. Im not saying i want a plushie avatar just want to be able to make a plushie version of my character heres my char Clicky

Yeah, Icetail is gone. But you could use one of the other shops in that forum that makes plushies.

slighty more detailed response:
green made his own plushie using flash
where as user(and the other AKs) got theirs from DrDot who made it for them

only zaier's shop does plushie now, but I believe they wont do it for some reason
the best way now is to either privately request one from someone or make it yourself
