Master Accounts problem (Full Version)

Previously, I had made a Master Account. I had linked my DragonFable account to it, but now, I have forgotten both the name and password of my Master Account. So, now my DF account is forever linked to it. That wasn't a problem until today. Now, I found out that they changed the way Upgrade Cards work, and they require a Master Account. And I was going to get a Doom Knight upgrade, too. What can I do?

Try visiting this page to recover your password. I believe in the email if I'm correct (I have never tried it before) it will include your username, too.

Nope, that won't work because it only gives me info on my new Master Account.
EDIT:My bad, I just fixed it. I had changed my email, that's why. Please lock.

You mean that when you put in your email, it only sends information for your new master account, and nothing of your old one.

If above is true, I would suggest contacting a Moderator on this list.

Since this is more of a Master Account question then it is Forum Question, you would wanna post your question in the, -Master Account Q&A-.

Members/Moderators familiar with the Master Account can help more efficiently.
