As stated in =AE= Comprehensive Forum Rules If you're quoting a person, I'm sure it's okay if you didn't quote the bad parts. And if you're going to reply, just make sure you're not complaining without constructive thoughts put together. As long as you don't flame or throw a really bad complaint to the person you're quoting, you should be fine. For example, if a person said something really bad, like using profanities or flaming against someone, you can quote it but you're not allowed to flame back at them. Nevermind, if a person is using profanity don't even quote it. I may be able to answer your question clearly if I knew what your situation was, so sorry if I didn't answer your question. EDIT: Or maybe what the AK above said is more correct.
