Why can't that embed?

The forum won't read that link as an image probably because it doesn't end in JPG, PNG or GIF.
I re-did the image for you in a format that should work: http://i38.tinypic.com/34sgjfc.jpg

Oh and I added a .jpg to the end of the URL what happened now?

Just adding the .jpg probably won't work since it changes the picture link.
