You can see your signup date in your forum profile, viewable from the Profile button at the top of each page, next to Login, then View My Profile. Though I'm not sure why you're asking, as you signed up thirteen minutes ago.

Not i mean the date of creation of my account on the AQ Worlds

You can find that out by going to AQW-home page, click "Manage Account" on the left hand side, inside the second box titled 'Account' and enter your character name and password to the respective fields. It'll return you a page with the account data, including Date Created.
