I'm back in business. Sci-fi here I come? 8D

Arzamol -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/13/2010 1:30:25)

Demolitiondragon: We all do, we all do.

Torn -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/13/2010 20:23:58)

School is really ruining my writing mojo. Curse you school!

Mordred -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/13/2010 22:47:38)

My L&L will eventually get to a Sci-Fi stage. I'm warning you, it's a plot-twist, and far of into the future, so you won't see it any time soon.

Eukara Vox -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/13/2010 23:28:50)

Returning Home by Eukara Vox, Hallie Slidepath, and Superjars

Finally...

It has begun. Expect to see a few stories over the next couple days.

Red Blizzard -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/14/2010 0:22:32)

XD Ironic title for the beginning of the journey. I liked this story better than past beginnings...it just seemed to fit so much better. I look forward to the next few stories.

Hallie Slidepath -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/14/2010 7:59:41)

Me likey Sci-Fi. I've only recently started to write Sci-Fi-ish stuff, but I really love it.
Oh, and yay! My story is almost done ^.^

Eukara Vox -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/14/2010 10:19:12)

Last Rites by Alex Shiveran

Our first story! Woot!

Ultrapowerpie -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/14/2010 11:19:03)

Will have my entry submitted by the end of today, promise! ^________________________^

Dragonnightwolf -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/14/2010 15:09:46)

My first entry is done, I just need to add something to it.

My second entry will be started (and probably finished) tonight as well since I already know exactly what I need and want in it.

Xplayer -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/14/2010 19:13:15)

OK, this is unfortunate timing-wise but probably fortunate for all my potential readers (that means you AKs). I've been working on the story I mentioned earlier in the thread off and on for 2 weeks. However, I've reached the point where I realized that it wasn't much different than my last story. The basic structure is pretty much the same besides the events and characters (cynical commentary => go on random mission => mission complications => LOLZ RANDUM STUFF => anticlimactic ending). So now I'm going to restart and write something completely different.

So what's it going to be about? I'll give you a hint. The initials of the title will likely be... Actually I changed my mind. No hints for you. ;)

I changed my mind again. I think that if I'm going to be able to write for the Book of Darkness, I need to get started soon. I'm getting really busy with school and everything, so I'm forced to skip this book.

Red Blizzard -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/14/2010 21:24:30)

The only reservation I have to Last Rites is that it runs parallel to a story I just submitted. It is a beautiful piece and I enjoyed reading it greatly. The ending didn't have to happen though...reminded me of Kerrigan in the original Starcraft.

Ultrapowerpie -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/14/2010 22:04:16)

I submitted my story to Euky! It's hilarious :D

Shreder -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/14/2010 22:52:23)

Indeed it is Pie. :P

Reaper Sigma -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/15/2010 20:24:22)

Probably can't do this month's story. I have a story to write for English.

alexmacf -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/15/2010 21:04:54)

This month is a close shave too, because I have a crazy amount of school. ^^;; It's from genuine business this time, though! Not just me being lazy.

BadHulk -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/17/2010 4:42:23)

And I've gave my poem to Fleur. I hope it's good [:)]

Reaper Sigma -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/19/2010 20:03:01)

Well, I don't think I can do a story for this.

But I'm making up for it in three stories. Two will be stories for the Book of Darkness(One is written, the other I will work an hour on every night) and one will be my English project, which is of course a story.

BadHulk -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/20/2010 11:55:31)

Aww... Good luck Reaper!

Also, can't wait for Pie's story.

Torn -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/20/2010 16:51:24)

Just sent in my story. Alot longer than I wanted it. No offense because I know that we are all busy with school, but I'm disapointed by the lack of stories for this book. [:(] Sorry.

Shreder -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/20/2010 20:14:14)

Not to worry Torn, I count twelve stories that have been submitted yet to be put up, which would bring the total up to 14. I know, not a lot compared to some of the other books, but not bad for the first month of school eh?

Torn -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/20/2010 20:34:30)

Not bad at all, and I'm glad to hear there are more then ten stories that will be in the book. Thank you, Shreder

Reaper Sigma -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/20/2010 21:02:43)

I see this as the calm before the storm, like when we had the Book of Wishes and Luck. We only got 16 stories for that. The next book got more than forty, the highest number of stories, I believe.

Think of all the stories for next book. The Book of Darkness.

BadHulk -> RE: Book of Sci-Fi! discussion thread (9/21/2010 2:42:08)

A lot of people are interested in Darkness so they propably will write about that so yeah.

Can't wait to see the next entry's :D
