page shifts to the bottom (Full Version)

Ok after a page loads it shifts/jumps/scrolls/moves to the near bottom of the page. The word "Search Term" is highlighted in the search box & it only does it on pages with the search box at the bottom.

So is this an issue on my side or what?

edit: Hmm...but after posting this it didn't do it on this pages post and Search Term wasn't highlighted but it did still do it on another page.

It shifts down to the first word related to the search, this also happens when you click first unread post. Not a bug.

What search, I have search nothing. All I do is go into a forum section.

It's maybe cause you pressed 'CTRL+F' and typed 'Search'? This feature lets you find things on the page quick and automatically
scrolls to that part of the page. I think that's what Zakristone means.

That's not the issue as I have not used ctrl + F to look up "Search Term". This should also only be the case if I had my search bar up which i don't.

This never happening to me, I'm not sure what to suggest. [sm=icon_confused.gif]

If you restart your computer I'm sure the issue will be fixed. ^^

I have done so a few time, I have also cleared my cache ect..

I got to find a few more virus scans to run i guess.

edit:

I seem to have fixed the issue, it looks like it was some kind of Internet add-on.

"Problem" seems to be fixed = Thread gets locked! ~ Army ~
