Hey I wanted to create some Avvys, and I can't find the Avvy regulations thread, can someone give me a link. Or just tell me the size and requirements for the avatars?

I believe the things to do are to submit them to the avatars testing in the Signature and Avatar Testing thread (optional but liked!) then Pm to Seahawk! Forum Administrator!
