Well I have no idea what's wrong....But it seems all font has shrunken and bars which divide posts and threads and things have seem to disappeared and such.

ThisIs what I mean.

Seems so far i'm like the only one seeing signs of this which is making wonder what's up and why it's happening.

First i notice that you have so many programs running,you even have the task manager open so that might caused the forum didn't load properly.
Second it might be the font or your browser try to switch or use another browser or change theme.
Also clear your cache.

Yea I restarted it so nothing was running didn't work.

So it wasn't exactly that.

I know it's normal in internet explorer but I don't like using it.

Theme is on default as of current no change.

Cleared Cache again still no change.

So you mean you used the task manager to restart the browser?
Anyway in profile menu scroll down in my preference section choose simplified flat style then apply then restart browser then go back to the my preference choose flat style again then apply and restart browser again.
I don't experience this kind of problem so it might be your browser so try another one if you don't like how it looks,try to contact the admins and inform them about it they might know how to fix it.

Just o add try to adjust your screen res. or if you have a roller in you mouse hold control then roll it forward.

Doing the flat and back again fixed it thanks.
