I was submitting a post to a thread on heroquest or whatever and after that i went to skyline b-day post and tried posting but a messege came up saying "messages posted to recently, cannot submit." can i have a reason why plz?

The one-minute restriction is to prevent flooding (i.e., posting many things in succession), which in turn prevents spam. Too much posting in succession can also clog the forum up.
