Well lupus, I'm not sure the only thing I suggest is pm'ing one of the Ak's or reporting it here @Rickyb20 The only things left really are to Farm gold/levels and achievements. Staff have confirmed more will be added later on, it will not be a weekly updated game.

People have been talking about that resetting bug that puts your account back to the basics. Well the same happened to my account and I been playing for 1 day(got myslef to level 7) and keeping my account saved every time I level up. I also have my achievements in that game but I'm back to level 1. Can anyone help, i don't plan on wasting my battlepoints on something that will keep on resetting

@Above. The staff will fix the bug, and if you do get re set, it does NOT alter your achievements or contracts. Eg you have 23/31 achievements and have all the contracts, you get re set, you will still have the achievements and all the contracts.

I read the design notes, and it said to play Bladehaven you need to be a DL. Well, I am. I clicked 'Play Beta' and entered my DF account details, but it said 'Invalid Password or Account not found' What do I do? I w

@aqwshadowking14, Make sure you click "Load Character" in the Options. I was reset to level 1 and i clicked that, and all was restored.

This is making me angry. All I want to do is play the game!!!! I've linked my DF account to the master account, but it still wont let me play!! It says requirements not met - but the account I linked is Dragonlord!!! What do I do????

@Count Claudio - my brother had the same problem, but he found it out, you just have to log in to your DF account once and then it should work. If it doesn't, then clear your cache, and if it still doesn't, then report it as a bug. @Latrix - same thing ~~My question- Is there anything besides beating past areas to do after you slay the dragon?~~ Never-mind, I just saw the post above me.

my character erased, and before you say "lawl press the save button" i have done that i was lvl 10 and today POOF, all gone i think clearing one's cache erases your character so either fix it or call it fail

You did make sure to click "Load Character" right? I know it might sound obvious, but somethings like that are easily forgotten.

yes i did click on load character and it loaded with a level 1 sword and 100-150 gold. when it appeared like that the first thing i clicked was load character.. and it still loaded like the first time i started this game.

Omggggggg its no our problem ae its your problem now I just logged in to my account anddd every freaking itemmmm was deletedddddddddd omggggggggggggggggggggggggg and yesssssssss I did save and yes I did loaded I am not going to waste my time playing a game that cant save anything I had gold I had weps I had level and omg every thing was deleted how???!!! ^The staff are currently trying to fix the save/reset bug... remember, it's still in it's Beta Stage. You'll still have all the achievements you've unlocked as well as all of the contracts you've purchased.

The only problem I have with the game is the obscene amount of lag; even at low quality. I got to the third fight with the dragon and the lag means I cannot defeat it, I'm at level 7

^Well the save bug is supposedly fixed, try logging in and out and see if your progress is still intact. If it's still at level one, I guess you can try restarting and see if your character still doesn't save.
