If you have an image on your computer, you have to upload it to a file hosting site like ImageShack. You'll get a direct link for the image from the site you upload it to.
Then you just need to place the image between two [image] tags.
It would look like:
[image]URL of image[/image]
There's a 500x100 size limit and a 50kb file size limit, so if your unsure you can always ask in the Sig & Avatar Testing Thread.
