How do I like up my other game accounts with my forum account? I only have the option to link up a character ID, and if that is how, then I've done that and it still wont show up.

Well, on your computer it doesn't but to other peoples it still does. I can currently see that you've linked your Adventure Quest and DragonFable account to your forums.
Am I correct?

AQW doesn't yet display on the forum links, though. No one's been around to program it in.
