I'm having troubles with buying Battleon points, I've tried 2 different credit cards, both cards are declined, Can I get some customer support from the Artix Staff? Isn't Safria the head of Customer Support? How can I contact her?

I would suggest going through the Battle On Games Help Pages. From there you can sort out your problems with the Customer Service team (which is Nythera and Zazul according to the Help Page).

I found it.

Well, that was "Helpful" and my phone bill is probably done for, but Gesh I was just on the phone with an AE Staff member? o-o its like a dream come true D:
