I have a friend who requested a Ban around 5 months ago and has recently decided he would like to be back in the forums. Who would he need to email to request an unban? He tried Skakk@battleon.com but it didn't work.

Your friend would have received an email upon his requested ban. The best thing would be for your friend to send an email back to the same email address; it would have been sent to the email linked to his forum account, so I recommend he try that first. If he cannot find the email, you can PM me and I will look into it.
