First of all, I couldn't find a Heromart forum, so I thought it would best if I posted this here.

After I purchased the Dragon's Secret novel buy Paypal, and confirmed it, a page saying "your session had expired." Was the purchase succesful or not?

BTW, I didn't receive any email after this.

If you didn't receive an email from Pay-Pal, I don't think your payment worked.

Check your paypal transaction history. If it was successful, there should be a purchase on your record.

I have to have a Paypal account to buy? I just added it to cart, clicked check out, filled in the info, and voila...nothing told me that I had to have a Paypal account.

^So, I create an account, and pay for it again? I was never told to create a Paypal account in order to buy anything. I'm beginning to be suspicious of this company, party because they have a 25-page user agreement >_<

I used paypal to buy some Battleon points, and well my credit cards still intact, Infact... I had to cuz the credit card by it self was being declined.

But still, at beginning of the purchase it says "pay with credit card OR log in." So I thought it would be OK to pay without an account. Could I get a staff on this?

Paypal is a very trustworthy company; you needn't be worried about setting up an account through them. If you don't already have an account, what you can do is call the customer service number on the back of your credit card and check for recent transactions there.

1. At the hero mart you are only able to buy things if you have a credit and a Paypal account or Paypal account with money on it!
2. If you don't have one of these you can't buy anything, sorry! :(
3. To have money on your pay pal account you need to create a Paypal account and you have to transfer money from your bank to your paypal account!
4. A Paypal account don't has to be bought; the Paypal account itself doesn't cost anything!
5. Paypal is the most trustworthy payment company in the world wide web.

Side note:
In normal case I don't have money on my Paypal account, but when I wanted to buy something from Hero-Mart it was not possible!
I contacted Paypal and they told me the Hero-Mart doesn't allow bank transfers = I need to have money on my Paypal account if I want to buy something at the Hero-Mart!
I did transfer the needed money for the item and shipment from my bank to my Paypal = I was able to buy the item I wanted to buy!

In normal case using Paypal to buy things online (AE upgrades, items at e-bay, etc.) is not so "complicated", but the
"Hero-Mart doesn't allow bank transfers" thingy makes it a little bit complicated here![:)]
