Does the forum hardware crop (make smaller avatars over the limit) the avatar for you when you submit it, or do you have to do it yourself? I know places like YouTube and all have systems that crop uploaded pictures, so I'm just curious as to if this forum does?

The avatar you upload must already be the correct size, the forum won't adjust it in any way.
