This happens every once in awhile. It is a known, rare bug that occurs with the PM system. Simply forward it to the intended recipient.

Yeah, it occasionally happens that PMs get sent to someone else in addition to the intended member (it's therefore good to be careful about what you send via PM!). In this case, that PM is so weird because it's actually a read receipt rather than a PM with a message in it.
