Certainly. To do so, simply put this code in the signature field when editing your profile: 

[link=http://<insert Link URL>][image]<insert image URL>[/image][/link]


For your image, it would be this: 

[link=http://<Link URL>][image]http://i53.tinypic.com/2nvars9.jpg[/image][/link]
