Not really visiting the ED forums before and just taking a look at various stuff now it seems as though there is nothing that you are doing wrong, it is just that that section doesn't seem to like giving out advice for bounty hunters. What I would recommend would b to either persevere and keep repostin your submission every 3 days (I'm pretty 3 days is considered "dead") and waiting till someone helps you out or you could try speaking with someone that you know has experience in what you want and ask reall nicely if they would help you out. Unless there is some glaring rule which I am missing which I don't think I am.
It's not anyones fault but I do realise it can be very annoying. Unfortunately you're just gonna have to stick with it.
