Looks like It...but It wont be too hard, considering you basicly got everything needed in the pic I provided, just use the same font that says: ''Dragon Age II'' and write with It Black Knight :P

the reaper 99: If people find your sigs unsatisfying, use that as a motivation to improve yourself, if you really are dedicated about making digital arts.

This shop is doing pretty well even though a lot of the artists are inactive.

I am not sure what you exactly mean by render, but If you mean like planetrenders.com, then you can easily use places like imageshack too get renders easily in what...3-4 steps?
But If not, then IDK.
