If I want to report an inappropriate topic in, for example, the AQW GD, who do I report it to? Any ArchKnight that resides there, or someone in specific?

IIRC, you have to contact the head mod of the forum sub-section. However, I'm not 100% sure. Maybe you should check the rules?

Any ArchKnight that moderates whichever board you have in mind should be able to deal with the situation. If you feel that it needs to go to the Head Moderator then they can also deal with the situation. For instance Elnaith is the Head Moderator of the AQW GD and would be the one you would PM but the AKs will be able to answer any concerns you may have. =)
