Hi There, Hero!
I made this topic thinking that we should potentially be able to customize our pages. For example, the background. Add animations to the page, even add new pages.
Please let me know what you think by posting it here.

Such a system would take an absurd amount of space and time to implement. AEF wasn't designed for mass customization.

Could it handle like a wall? To post updates and for others to post.

Instead of having something like a social site on the Forums, you could sign up for something like MySpace or Twitter and put the link to your profile on the signed up site somewhere in your profile or homepage link.

Good thinking :) but myself any many others want an embedded wall on the forums.

Yup i'd love to goto my profile and see animated fire :p
Pros: (one i. Think) it could show a players creativity
Cons: (lots .-.) something that somone could find interesting could be offensive to another (happens alot on websites that let you page customize) of course ak's would have some trouble figuring out what excactly is offensive to another poster. Since, every person is different each person could be offended by somthing others think is cool. For me somone being over-relegious and non-tolerant of others' beleifs and values really doesnt strike me as somone you'd want to socialize (contact, somwhat :p) is it? Just saying in the thought of it sounds nice but other peoples' perspectives can be a scary thing to think about (no joke) it would make every poster have a unique background, in the grandscheme of things, not so good :/
Thats why it might not be such a good idea

To add on to my previous point, such a system would be a huge pain to moderate. >.>
