This is a good idea, but I'm afraid it's not feasible. These forums are suitable for players 13 or older because there's a huge team moderating possibly every message you post. Moderators and ArchKnights review every message on their boards, looking for inappropriate content.
Implementing this feature would allow any kind of comments to be posted on your 'wall', even rule-breaking comments. Moderating such system would be undoubtedly hard, or even impossible. Many websites such as the one you mentioned above are commonly being pointed as unsafe because of these interaction features and the lack of a moderation team. Therefore, I believe that implementing this on the BattleOn! Forums would only cause problems.
