    Special Effects:
  • Alternating special. First use decreases immobility resistance by 100 , second use tries to stun.

    Combos: Any subsequent use of either shoulder attempts a stun

    Description: The first use these Shocker shoulders decreases your opponent's immobility resistance by 100 - the second use attempts to stun.
