I want to put the Pyromaniac's rule part of my sig onto the picture below it but I don't know how

You can use GIMP or Photoshop to edit it in.

Firstly, the signature is too big, the total area used by both images and text must equal 500x100 pixels or less. Secondly, you can use http://lunapic.com/editor/ to add texts to a picture.

The sig is to big. They must be 100x500, or 500x100, something. I made one for you if you want it! I then pasted it into Paint, but it ended up being like 100 pixels in width and 185 pixels in length. So to fix this, I took and used the 'pick color' tool to select the sky color behind that beastly looking monster, and used 'fill' to fill in the white space. Then minimized the work area on paint to get a 100 by 500 (or 500 by 100) picture. It was quite easy, but I decided to put the Pyromaniacs Rule!!! phrase in the big empty blue space. The words are the same orange color as the monster's molten 'skin'. After that, I still had some blue sky showing a good bit, so I added your name to it.
