Resize please? (Full Version)

x_x I'm suffering here. When I try to resize this I mess it up and it ends up tiny or big.
Could anyone make it smaller (500x100) ?

I had to crop a bit to avoid extreme stretching in the first one:

500x100: http://i55.tinypic.com/2ik2rmu.jpg
127x100: http://oi51.tinypic.com/kbq7sw.jpg (this is just your image resize without stretching)

If you're not happy with those, just tell me and I'll try something else.

It does look a bit strange because of the shape of the original image.
