That said, how do you feel about the evolution of EpicDuel?

i wasnt here in Alpha but i was here in Early beta(December '09) and i can say this

Epicduel has taken some major steps since i joined; Flags, cannons, HQ, NPc bosses, Bikes, Aux weapons, pretty much everything we use now(not to be taken to the extreme like stats and skills) was an idea back when i joined ED heck Overlord wasnt anything more then a boarded up door when i joined and Ulesyses used to stand in the desert when he was first put in game.(you newer Users might not know that name becuase you goto overlord for your gear now instead of him)

Anyway Epicduel has become almost a completely different game over one year with all teh new things in it but its still the same game as when i joined.

I would have to say that the games gotten a lot worse. Everything is so complicated now, back without flags, or war boards the game was based solely on your faction. And not to mention the war board kills hard work, it's whoever pays the most wins.

1. I agree with you on the warkill's, their pointless but they do bring in extra funds for the dev's.
2. Flag's were a great idea, just because your faction died dont mean they make the game worse, it gave players something to do with their tokens other then arcade battles and helps a players faction progress in levels if they can manage to hold it.

That so called "dead" faction has a higher faction level score and more medals than most other factions ever will, even 1 year from now.

You are such a hypocrite. Speaking of flags helping "players faction progress in levels" but you do not respect a faction with one of the highest ratings all time.

How does that even make sense? So a faction can rise in score and rank to have some loser like you put it down?

As for evolution, the game has gotten much worse, in everyway. The current lack of another long awaited update is just another example.

No new battle modes, no faction founder step down, no balance of 2vs2 matchups, no bazaar yet, etc.

Add to that, the fact they continue to do everything they can to have players spend varium...while so many "free" upgrades never come.

I find it comical...how Nightwraith can't even find the time to post design notes.

It's like they are building the game week to week with no real long term plan or purpose.

You just dont like the fact that i am blunt, i never said it wasnt good but i do stick by my comment of it being dead, Even one of her officers posted a topic in faction's saying " Legit needs members!", and if you read the very first line it says

So next time you wanna flame my comment atleast put some effort into the research.




Oh and on the flag comment, we are the 2nd highest ranked legion faction(in 4th out of all of them) and we have a 3rd of the wins legit has. Reason being is because we are ranked 2nd all time Flag Capture, so yes it does help.

I have been in legit before, and no it is not dead
All factions have up and down times

Game evolved well in too many factors but the idea that Buffy said

, she said true , they announced Bazaar weeks before and there is still nothing about it , where is 2vs1 and survival Modes???

And 5 weeks without update is just unbelivable.2 armors = 2 update - i will not count those as updates and the update before Game Tastic is just Achievment.

1. No lol, what noob faction are you in?
2. We are level 10 and ranked 4th out of all of them.
3. Ok thats cute, we have held a single flag longer then any other faction in the game, the only reason dsx is past us is because they had 3 flags, but we have gotten the most hours out of 1 flag. So next time you wanna talk kid get your facts strait and you nubs quit "brown nosing" buffy. Its pretty bad when when one of legits own officers says they need to be alive again. Last time i checked the opposite of alive is DEAD. So when you bring me a real argument and not some trash you think you know, ile admitt defeat.

It's sad not only the game is starting to lose it's respect towards players, but the community is slowly erupting.
Why flame each other? We all have different opinions on this subject, I simply wanted to see how others felt about the evolution of EpicDuel.
