I've seen a lot of mid levels using these new weapons and they seem to be liking them, i think they deserve some new weapons once in a while and you should remember what a daunting task it is to get to lvl 32. Anyway St Patricks Day release is gonna rock!!

@Plunger I am looking out for them. The stats absolutely suck and are no way better than what is avaliable.(Except Looks)
tbh I was praying the level 22 energy aux to be a level 32 energy gun.
EDIT: The weapons could have been seen as a distraction so that it would take longer for nonvarium players to get an armor.

the new weapons didnt really help much cuz of the stat boosts being so low but i use the mech claws and the arttillary lancher and the stat boosts are crap but i like the way they look and they work fine for my build, the only good new weapon is the varium aux

It was a good step, but we still need LEVEL 31-32 FULLY NONVARIUM WEAPONS. That's what really counts.

@Luna, the big update this week was a code overhaul.

@Sparticus- Nightwraith did not promise that the quest would definitely be released to the public on Friday. He promised mid-level non-varium weapons, and, as I said, there was a huge overhaul of the code. I'm not sure how many of the specifics I'm actually supposed to know, but essentially the game engine was rewritten from the ground up and should (hopefully) work better and be more secure. Which means that there can be a greater focus on content.

Best Top Tier Weapons: 995 Varium 15k Credits; 24 stats, 32 damage, 8+ enhance
High Power Weapons: 695 Varium 14k Credits; 20 stats, 31 damage, 7+ enhance
Regular Varium Weapons: 495 Varium 12k Credits; 18 stats, 31 damage, 6+ enhance
Non Varium Weapons: 0 Varium 14k Credits; 15 stats, 30 damage, 4+ enhance

the aux helped some non var which missed grafite gun. cause the stats it have it almost the same.

The new aux maybe,but epicduel is a stats game and everyone knows that 90% of the time the person with the most stats will win the match.Creating non varium items that are 6 stats weaker than a varium item is the way they should handle it,or maybe even 5 points weaker.But this seems too hard to do,epicduel has lost faith from me and many others with good reason.

Now everyone is waiting for saint patts day,it's setting yourself up for disappointment.Ask yourself what the formula for epicduel has been for the last year concerning releases,then also ask yourself what the chances are of that changing?Imo if you create a game and talk about expenses and all the reasons WHY the game has to be set up the way it is,then maybe it's time to accept that you can't earn an income from an online game,actually get a real job or at least another one.

This way epicduel can at least be on the same page as adventure quest where free players can still enjoy the game and it's not practicallly impossible to create a good character unless you spend buckets full of cash to stay active.

    @CookieLord: They do look like upgraded Bio Blades. Maybe we'll get them next release. :)

    There wasn't much in the release for level 32s, but that was the point! I think this release did a good job in filling in the gaps at low levels and most importantly with non-rares. The new auxiliary doesn't compare to Pencilzooka, but for newer players they won't have the opportunity to get Pencilzooka for another 6 months, so this gives them options until then.

    These new weapons are quite decent looking and fills in some of the levels with no good weapon in them, however the stats are below average even though their varium prices are cheaper but lv 29s still have no chance of competing against a level 30

    also what's with this rumor of gamma ending? I remember beta lasted quite a long time

    @ cindrella i found a bug in the engine it happened to me today i think its reproducible but i had to leave anws tomorro ill try to reproduce it if i have time ill post it in bugs session

    I wish Gamma ends soon because that probably means they can hire more staff, but the servers are too small.
