Bio: Commander Kragg is the Drakel Warrior who has led the Drakel in a few attacks on Battleon. Most recently he was sent to Stonerule by the Drakel War Council to find something from the Drakel's past.
Function: Provides background info on the actions of the Drakel and the Azru Stones.
