It's not a rare badge for the holidays, it's an award for completing the quest. Worth 750 rating points.

There is also a Clover badge, but it's not rare. It's at Valestra and I guess it will be same as Valentine's badge.

EDIT: The only new badge is Mission Possible, worth 750 points and it award when you complete the quest. The others are old, but rare.

This sounds like deja vu all over again, they post and wow us with cool looking weapons and yes they do look amazing. After there released the weapons usually have horrible stat requirements.
