Wraith -> Stat Discussion (3/19/2011 21:26:36)

Ok, so this is what I think.

One day, when level 40 comes out (I know that's gonna be in five years, but still) we are going to have crazy stats.

So...

We have to adhere to a 95> Health build, so thus we will have 60 on all stats, creating 8 focus. Robots would be something like 40-44+48. That is nearly sufficient to 1-hit KO.
Also, weapons would have like 15 on all stats with +40 damage, with 20 enhancements. That would be roughly the price of 7500 per weapon. That is $37.50 (3/4 * 50=37.5). About 3000 for the weapon, then 4500 for enhancing. Notice that Varium enhancements cost more as they rise.

I would resolve this issue through having a health agility that changes through level. That would permit up-to-150 health builds.

Discuss your solutions.

And, to you ArchKnights out there, this has nothing to do with balance, so don't lock and put it in Comprehensive Balance.

If it ever cost more varium than you can get to with a $50 varium package to buy a weapon and enhance it, this game would have literally 0 varium players.
I don't like this idea, I don't think players should be forced to have a certain ammount of HP and/or stats, it just ruins creativity.

King FrostLich -> RE: Stat Discussion (3/19/2011 21:40:42)

I think the amount of stats will be increased since it would be very long to level up and we gain experience by 12.

Cyberbeast10 -> RE: Stat Discussion (3/19/2011 21:43:58)

We aren't forced to have certain stats, we are penalized for not having them at a certain amount.
I do agree this does ruin creativity as it limits the number of builds that you can have. I look at my mercenary and look what can I make out of all the skills I have.
I then realize most things I want to make are impossible because of stat requirements...:(

Anyways...better solution Lord Sinastr, remove agility completely. Completely eliminates the HP issue.

Bu Kek Siansu -> RE: Stat Discussion (3/19/2011 22:55:54)

I guess, it would be over 15 years. So far..., there is no point to discuss since the topic and content aren't real as they should be. So, I'm locking this thread. Sorry... :)
