I used to think the beta weapons were overpowered but that was soon ended. Now I think that mercenaries with pure strength builds ( the one with stun ) are overpowered what is your idea on the subject?

Mercs Oped not because of weapons they are oped because of STR abuse and Berserker and Maul combo

I dont want Balance anymore , let me say what i experienced giving 1500 varium and change class easier than waiting Balance

1500 varium = OPED easy right :)

1500 + 1700 (full 10 enhancements) + 1000 (weapon) = OPed

the costs are way too high for any regular player to handle sadly, so overpowered-ness is not good

^yes you right , i assume you got the weps before
like i changed Bh first(get the frost weps) than changed back Mage now i return BH with my old weps :) if There will be a Mage buff ( a Huge one need ) i will change back mage after they get nerf i will change back BH the chain will go like this ( now i will try to add Merc in the chain :D) and its imposible to a Non varium or less varium players :S sry

IMO the Betas were never OPed. They were quite powerful yes, but they needed +2 more damage on each of them to get up to the OPed mark.

Charfade's Club. +10 dex and 15 tech with a small dex and tech requirement? It just screams 'abuse me.' Its what makes tank mercs so deadly.

The new Cyber Shillelagh... I don't know what ED staff were thinking when they gave this a 45 strength and 27 support requirement.

To be honest, most weapons are fine. Some staves take it too far in the sense that they force too much on the tech stat ( e.g. the Dragon Master Staff, 41 tech requirement and +13 tech? Stupid... )

Only build that is Oped is strength merc. Mages arn't underpowered.

The new non varium clover weapons are the upgraded version of the beta weapons. And yes the mercs are so overpowered but I did block some berserkers quite often with my 72 dex. It's just unfair for other players that these mercs are simply just using 2 skills over and over again and if they have already 1v1 achievement and they still do 1v1....won't that mean they're stupid and not go to 2v2?

It's much much harder to abuse 2v2, why you think Dax, Donna matrix, Wiseman, etc. all do 1v1.
