I am losing loads. And Im a tech Mage. Should I change at all? and if I should, to merc or bounty? I guess its all the lvl 32s that are making me lose :P

You are not because of your class your lwl is low and you need better weps but if you want to change ...

If you want +85% win rate so change to BH

If you want Fast Wins change to Merc but your rate will be +75-85%
