Unlightened -> Delete support. Useless. (3/26/2011 6:12:37)

Clearly support doesn't work. Players with higher support than me and a lower level but I start first. On the other hand, I met a level 25 ( I'm 22 ) he had 30 support. I had 32. I had buff for lower level + higher support. HE STARTED FIRST. Fair enough.
Edit: Just delete it. Make stats like dex or some weak stat have that abillity.

Support doesn't just effect your chance to go first, if effects numerous skills, including heal and your auxiliary damage.

/facepalm support is so influential in teh game. sup mages and sup mercs are based of it, it affects deflect and rage which can win battles alone

It's really more of a fact that support is one of, if not the most powerful stats in the game.

The underdog advantage only works if its a 4-5 level difference.The base chance of going first with support increases by %1 for every 8 support. In other words, you only had a extra %0.75 chance to go first, not including the base.

Support doesnt affect if you go first or not, it just gives you high chances to go first, reduces chances of getting stuned, increases deflection, and makes rage happend faster, also it makes your Aux. stronger. and increases certain skills.

Yea support serves multiple purpose's at once, like:

Tech Mage:
Increases Field Medic's heal
Increases Malfunction's Technology reduction
Increases Defence Matrix's Defence rise

Mercenary:
Increases Artillery Strike's damage
Increases Field Commander's Strength Boost
Increases Field Medic's heal

Bounty Hunter:
Increases Field Medic's heal
Increases Energy Shield's Resistance rise
Increases Reflex Boost's Dexterity rise

All Classes:
Increases First strike chance
Reduces chance to be Stunned
Increases chance to Critical
Increases Deflection rate
Increases the speed in which you get Rage

Ummm voidance,you are missing the intimidate part in merc section. And yes,mercs have 4 skills dependent on support [8|]

Support and Strength are polar balancers. If you eliminate support, what do we do with strength.
