@helloguy : are you serious? My favorite npcs are Oz , Ulysses and Electro hazard. Oz- Background story Ulysses - Wicked look and background story Electro hazard - for being cute.

My favorite npcs would be: Valery: she sells awesome bikes :D. Hank: for being the easiest npc to beat xD.

mirv, servertron 2000and the new city guard. reason city guard has cool armor, mirv cause he buys your weps at a high price an sell cheap health boosters and servertron cause he sell the cheapest energy boosters.

Charfade has the niciest look. Mirv for the prices, including Health Boosters. Servertron for the Mana Boosters.

I would say Big Tuna. The only npc who is atually challenging when she first came out.

^ Well Titan and NW were very challenging when they FIRST came out. But then level 31 came, more good weapons, level 32... and then Titan and NW became easy.[:)]
