It really doesn't seem like the NPCs got a nerf. They should really get an EPIC nerf, since they get like triple stat points as we normal players do (here I am talking about Charfade, who has over 40 defense and resistance). It is just too hard for me and probably, many other non-varium players, to beat that kind of NPCs if they don't get further nerfed.
