As has been said before, there are times when payments and upgrades may take some time. There are many factors involved in this, but rest assured you will get what you paid for.

I'm having trouble with the upgrade card! Help!
There is a link to email the office if you don't see it for a while. But I would consider a while to be 6 or more hours. Especially since you have someone telling you it took hours to receive theirs.
Also, make sure that you have logged out completely since paying and then logged back in, or any time you want to check up on the progress.
