Elf Priest JZaanu -> Should OZ be a boss NPC? (4/19/2011 14:10:50)

Oz is a major part of the story-line, yet he is a low level NPC. I think he should be buffed into a lvl 30-40+ NPC due to his role. Just on story-line purposes, would you assume the same, and would you like to see him buffed.

Eh, not a bad idea, but I would preferr the storyline to acutaly be in game first. Then prehaps I can actualy get a discussion going about it.

Remember that Caden got buffed and became a boss npc? there should be a storyline behind it.. so yes i agree that oz should be buffed too.

Inexperienced Leader is leading Exiles :S With 10 lwl Oz Exiles will never get the control of Delta V again :S we need Better-Stronger-Amazing Oz :)

@TurkishIncubus: A good leader doesn't have to be an expert at combat. He just needs to be smart and strategic.

Oz was a tactician before he founded the Exiles after all. In an underground movement, appearing weak would be a good way to stay unnoticed. He is basically hiding in plain sight in Central Station. It might just be a brilliant plan!

Oz should be revamped. Seems like I am the only one that knows of Ozzie aka Oz Jr. Time for Oz Jr. to take over training in the station while OZ gets the supreme buff he deserves.

Definitely; ATM, one of his own soldiers could defeat him (the Level 27 one in the Bazaar).

After all, he is the leader of Exile

I think it could be a good idea,
Oz does go along with the storyline, so it would make sense
if he was a higher level.

Here's something to think about.
A king can only command a few men, while his generals can command a vast army.
However, the king commands the generals, and as long as there is not unrest, there is no reason to change the system.

@Atlian: I'm not saying it's a bad idea, but hey you could fit the storyline to the characters in plenty of ways. I'm just giving my thoughts on it. ;)

But I agree with others that we shouldn't have two Oz or two of any named NPC. They have names to be unique in the first place, so they should be more than just a city guard or shadow guard that you see everywhere.

Yes i think he should be boss. Alot low level characters canīt beat him anyway.
