By stronger weapons I'm talking about weapons that would deal large amounts of damage(let's say a 38+ primary sword lv.30) with few stat boost, about 7? I wouldn't mind it if weapons like these were introduced, It would also add some much needed diversity to weapons. So what say the community?

4 stats in strength are the equivalent of 1 more base damage thus +38 meaning +6 more then a lv 32 weapons would give it 6 more damage or the equivalent of 24 stat modifiers meaning it would be almost the equivalent of charfades staff if it had no or 1 stat mods it would be a hypothetically ok trade off at 7 stat mods it would be a pretty op weapons if they were the base weapon stat mods.

I like the idea. If there are weapons that are weaker but have more slots, why not have the opposite, right?

What if we brought back penalties on stats such as the one once found on caden's wrath to make weaken those who would use them such as -2 tech/dex

With diminishing returns, more base damage is better than stats when abusing said stat.

@Light Stridr: Maybe, but most weapons Str mercs use have pretty large Str bonuses.

A stronger weapon, I assume, would probably have no Str bonuses, or even have negative bonuses.

Hahaha....You're not serious are you?

For str BHs, I was thinking these weapons to be swords, cos a high base damage staff is just fobbing off mages.

Which is precisely why a release of these sorts of items will simply anger most mages because they have been left out.

Ok, first of all. Nerfage has made our stats lowered, and the more stat boosts we put in from now on, we'll always have consistently lower damage than the progression of the base damage of new, more powerful upcoming weapons with +33 damage soon as our primaries, +33 damage to mages gun, which will set the revolution of +10 damage with deadly aim.
(Beware of the soon and rising deadly aim tech mages)

Nerfing has made titan and nw's coffers fill even faster. With nerfing, they can put extremely powerful weapon, no (s), just 1 powerful weapon, wait for a week, and nuke us out of our money.
Then, they'll keep doing this cycle because they know +33 damage will outclass our stat boosts, due to the nerfage.

Soon armors will be +10, with the same stats as founder armor.
Primary, sidearm, aux will reach new heights with +1 more damage added. Aux will eventually reach 40.

I think we should take all the nerfs away now.
The developers should release NON=VARIUM weapons because these updates give them more of a reason to. THEY HAVE MORE MONEY.

This is all such a conspiracy, and there will be a breaking point in the ED community if this continues to happen. If prices rise anymore than from right now, implementing features in the game that costs varium to compete with the competition, you can count me out.
