Hyperlink I'm not sure about but...

To get a screenshot you need to press PRNT SCRN, or Print Screen. Which should be somewhere on your keyboard...
After that click Windows and load up paint (most computers already have it downloaded). When it opens up press CTRL+V and the screenshot will be pasted into paint. Go to File then Save As. I'd recommend changing the name of the pic (stated as Title) so you don't have to delete it to make space for other screenshots.

Photobucket and ImageShack are both websites, no need to download.

You can upgrade with them to increase your bandwidth allowance, increase speeds, etc. but they have options for free accounts, so you don't have to pay unless you're going to be relying heavily on your account/want to support the sites. Also, you don't actually have to register with ImageShack to upload media. You're given the option to use the uploader on the front page without an account.

Actually, I double-checked just then and you still don't need to register to use the uploader. You can choose to ignore the registration option.

ImageShack doesn't allow uploading without an account anymore.

Edit: Hmm... must be because where I live then.
