To upload a pic (for example to use in your sig) you need to put the URL of the picture (it needs to be on the internet) into certain codes. Use the tags [image][/image]. DO NOT USE CAPS, IT WILL NOT WORK!!!!!

If you need to upload it to the internet first then you should use a free service such as photobucket or free image hosting.
