Am I allowed to put a link to the Twitter account/page/site that I run with Polekku and the rest of my friends in my sig please?

If not, can I put a link to a 3dstxt link to the link which goes to the Twitter in their instead please?

You're allowed to put links to your Twitter page, as long as you don't put anything that considered advertising with it (e.g. "Click my Twitter page!", etc.). Or that's at least what I think.

Would something like that be allowed please?

Final question:-

Would the following phrase, followed by the twit - link (or whatever the correct term(s) is/are) be acceptable please?:-

Click for Mine and Polekku's twitter page

Obviousley, if my friend Polekku (I'll ask later after posting this post) wants to put "Mine and Brockmecha's" instead of "Mine and Polekku's" in her sig, can she do so aswell please?

Yep! That'd be correct. As long as you're specifying what your Signature Link will direct you to, it's not illegal here.
